Michael Keaton's portrayal on screen in "Birdman" is one of his most acclaimed film. A versatile actor he is adept at playing comedic as well as dramatic characters. Alongside the roles of a romantic, he has also played in action films as well as thrillers. His interest in the performing arts started at the age of teen. He tried stand up comedy during his 20s. The comedian had a lousy career but this paved the path for his successful acting career. It was not easy to find success as comedian, so his next move was as a TV cameraman at an online cable channel. This job was where he discovered that it was his dream to be on camera. He was offered a TV show and he appeared on several episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a naturally gifted actor, and quickly became a household name on the television. He embarked on an acting career in film with huge ambitions and found considerable fame with his comedic roles. He earned further acclaim by playing the titular character as Tim Burton's Batman. In time he grew up as an actress and began producing and directing films. For his role in Birdman (2014), he was awarded numerous nominations and awards.
