Sarah Rafferty

Sarah was bitten by the acting bug while she was in junior high school. In order to avoid being delayed for practice in the field, her drama professor suggested that she skip her practice in favor being part of the cast in Richard III. This was when Sarah's love for acting was born. Sarah was able to blend her passion for acting with her education by double-majoring in English in Hamilton College and pursuing a study abroad program at London, Oxford and London in her junior year. When she graduated at the Hamilton College magnacum laude she went on through Yale Drama School. Her passion for learning about the arts was aided by her parents her mother who was the chairperson of the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich CT and her father a skilled artist. She has clearly benefited by her talent and natural talents along with her training. The actress has appeared on numerous TV programs, such as Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without a Trace CSI Miami, Bones as well as feature films like Four Single Fathers or Falling For Grace and performance on stage such as As You Like It and Gemini. Sarah's acting work on television is further enhanced by her position as a spokesperson for the Alzheimer's Association. She speaks frequently on the subject. Sarah was the host of their last Sardi event, held in March 2016, at which she hosted three of their annual Sardi celebrations. Sarah is a resident of the east and west shores of the US together with her husband and two daughters, and is employed in Toronto.
